1. What is Flexsea?
Flexsea is an upcoming application designed to connect freelancers with businesses needing flexible support in Aruba.
2. Is Flexsea live?
Not yet. The application is preparing for launch beginning of year 2027. Join early access to receive updates.
3. What categories will be available?
Flexsea plans to offer opportunities in hospitality, events, tourism, and logistics, with more categories potentially added in the future.
4. Is registration free for freelancers and business owners?
Yes! Registration is free for everyone. Flexsea will also be free to use during the initial beta period for those who sign up. After that, businesses will pay a small percentage-based service fee per shift. All fees will be communicated clearly in advance.
5. How will freelancers get paid?
After completing a shift, they submit their worked hours for the business owner to review and approve. Once approved, payment will be processed based on the agreed hourly rate and confirmed hours, either biweekly (every two weeks) or monthly.
6. Will I as a freelancer be accepted immediately when I apply for a shift?
Not automatically! Once you apply for a shift, the business owner will review your profile, CV, and experience. They will then select the freelancer who best matches their needs. You'll be notified if you're selected.
